Day at Intertek Melbourne

Cambridge, UK – 9 September 2019: Warren Isaacs and I had a very productive day at Intertek Melbourne earlier this week, and spent almost seven hours gathering accurate pressure and flowrate data to calibrate our mathematical model. The rig behaved extremely well – thanks to John Hewett for making the rig, and initial data indicates that I’d underestimated the efficiency by almost a factor of two – in a good way! ? Lot’s more work to do now…

(Great that I could remember how to tie a constrictor knot – how else do you quickly seal 1 mm bore silicone tubing onto a 27G needle?!)
